SAP EAM Consultant

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced SAP EAM Consultant to support and enhance Enterprise Asset Management capabilities across Digital Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, and CPX (Construction & Project Execution). The consultant will drive asset lifecycle management, maintenance processes, integration with operational technologies, and SAP S/4HANA EAM/PM solutions to improve asset reliability, operational efficiency, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA EAM/PM processes including asset registration, preventive maintenance, work orders, notifications, and maintenance execution.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Warehouse, and CPX teams to optimize asset management and maintenance operations.
• Design and implement integrations between SAP EAM, warehouse systems, IoT/connected devices, and operational platforms.
• Support enhancements, incident resolution, testing, and deployment activities across global operations.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design workshops, SIT/UAT, and go-live support.

Skill Requirements

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA EAM / SAP PM.
• Experience with maintenance planning, maintenance execution, asset hierarchy, equipment master data, and work management.
• Understanding of manufacturing, warehouse, and project execution processes.
• Experience integrating SAP EAM with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, reporting, and analytics is preferred.
• 6-10+ years of SAP EAM/PM consulting experience.
• At least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA EAM implementation or transformation program.
• Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, utilities, energy, or asset-intensive environments is highly desirable.
