Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Lease Management Consultant to support the implementation of the Lease Management solution for out Client(Telecom) on Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud. The programme replaces the legacy Oracle EBS Property Manager functionality with MRI Software (Contract Intelligence) as the lease calculation engine, fully integrated into Oracle Fusion for supplier and customer management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger posting and reconciliation.

The consultant will own the functional design, configuration, integration and testing of the lease-to-finance process across both Expense and Revenue leases, ensuring IFRS 16 compliance and accurate month-end lease accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document functional requirements for Expense and Revenue lease management, escalations, recoveries and reconciliation, working with Client Finance, MRI and Oracle workstreams. • Produce Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and support Technical Design Documents (TDDs) for lease accounting and the related Fusion integrations. • Design and configure the Accounts Payable Leasing Invoices Import - the daily inbound interface that imports Expense lease invoice / payment schedules from MRI into Oracle Fusion Payables, including validation, accounting and month-end close processing. • Configure Oracle Fusion AP, AR and GL to receive and account for lease transactions, including tax, accounting flexfield derivation and reconciliation. • Define and test the end-to-end integration set between MRI and Fusion (Customer, Supplier, AP, AR and GL, including error handling, reconciliation and exception management. • Support data migration of Expense and Revenue leases from EBS Property Manager to MRI, including mapping of legacy Oracle numbers, T-numbers and vendor site IDs. • Configure lease escalations on a CPI-index or fixed basis, single consolidated payment lines, back-dated calculations, and automated alerts for renewals and terminations. • Build and validate the Expense and Revenue Lease Details reports and month-end reconciliation outputs. • Lead SIT and UAT for the lease-to-finance process, resolve defects, and provide hypercare and knowledge transfer to Client business and support teams. 2. Integration & Technical Scope The consultant must understand and deliver the following lease-to-finance integration points between MRI and Oracle Fusion: • MRI to AP: Leasing Invoices Import (Expense Lease schedules) • MRI to AR: Revenue Lease schedules to Receivables • Customer Master to MRI: Customer information to lease engine • Supplier Master to MRI: Supplier / Vendor information to lease engine • MRI to GL: IFRS 16 accounting & reconciliation Primary requirement: Accounts Payable Leasing Invoices Import. Hands-on experience designing and configuring inbound AP invoice / payment-schedule imports into Oracle Fusion Payables (e.g. Payables Open Interface / FBDI import, validation and accounting) is essential. 3. Required Skills & Experience • 7+ years of Oracle Financials experience, including Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation projects. • Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger, including period close and subledger accounting. • Demonstrable experience with Lease Management / Lease Accounting and IFRS 16 requirements. • Hands-on experience with AP invoice import / Payables Open Interface (FBDI) and inbound finance integrations • Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with third-party engines via Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and/or file-based interfaces (e.g. GlobalScape / managed file transfer). • Experience with data migration and reconciliation from Oracle EBS (Property Manager an advantage) to Oracle Fusion. • Ability to author FDDs, RTMs and test scripts, and to lead SIT/UAT cycles. 4. Skill Requirements

• 7+ years of Oracle Financials experience, including Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation projects.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger, including period close and subledger accounting.
• Demonstrable experience with Lease Management / Lease Accounting and IFRS 16 requirements.
• Hands-on experience with AP invoice import / Payables Open Interface (FBDI) and inbound finance integrations
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with third-party engines via Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and/or file-based interfaces (e.g. GlobalScape / managed file transfer).
