We're seeking a Lead Consultant with deep functional expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) for Financial Consolidation and specialisation in the innovative OneStream platform. In this pivotal role, you will take the lead in ensuring the seamless operation, optimization, and functional support of our OneStream-based EPM solutions. You'll develop both your functional and technical expertise as you embed at inlumi, collaborating with partners and internal experts to implement, enhance and support OneStream applications for our top tier Italian and global clients.

Responsibilities:
Play a lead role in the daily management of OneStream applications supporting Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
Provide troubleshooting expertise on both functional and technical issues to ensure seamless user experience in consolidation projects.
Create clear documentation, user training materials, and actively drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Collaborate internal data and the experience of users to gather insights and transform client requirements into effective, functional solutions.
Configure and customise the OneStream platform to meet evolving business needs, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) within consolidation and other key business processes such as financial planning and budgeting.
Demonstrable experience owning client deliverables and working independently to tight deadlines in a high-performing team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in both English and Italian.

Proven project experience with consolidated financial statements is a must for this role, with FP&A and financial controlling desirable.
