The expected annual salary range for this role is $113000 - $165000 a year.

Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems (EESS) division is seeking a Field Services Lead Construction Manager to oversee the successful start and scale up of commissioning projects for large commercial & industrial accounts and serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to standardize and optimize project execution methodology. These projects will be completed in conjunction with our District Operations Centers (DOC’s), with the site Construction Manager overseeing day-to-day planning, execution, monitoring, control, and job closure activities.

• Able to work effectively in a distributed workforce and at customer job sites

• Basic understanding of product applications and customer needs
• Must be able to lead and manage upwards and downwards.

• Submit to periodic customer required background and drug screenings.
• Technical skills required to understand legal documents and technical drawings
• Analytical skills to identify cost-effective and timely solutions
• Must be able to travel to project sites at various locations within the United States.
• Must be able be willing to work nights and/or weekends to align with onsite project activities.
