Job purpose

The Lead, Communication Planning is the creative engine behind our Live Streaming success. Your mission is to design tactical communication plans and innovative content mechanics that turn viewers into buyers. You will drive Sustainable Growth by balancing high-energy creativity with a sharp focus on Profitability and GMV improvement across all live platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Live Tactical Strategy Lead the end-to-end communication planning for Live Streaming (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada), focusing on high-conversion scripts, flows, and tactical hooks.
  • Creative Growth Mechanics: Develop and pilot new, out-of-the-box creative tactics and interactive mechanics to drive immediate GMV improvement and engagement.
  • Brand Strategy Customization: Tailor communication plans for each brand partner to ensure their unique value proposition drives sustainable sales growth.
  • Planning & Organizing: Oversee the live streaming calendar and coordinate with KOLs, production, and brand teams to ensure all plans are delivered on time with zero missed deadlines.
  • Performance Analysis: Use analytical thinking to evaluate live stream data, identifying key drivers for revenue and areas for profitability optimization.
  • Result-Oriented Execution: Take full accountability for campaign outcomes, ensuring all tactical communication leads to measurable business growth and "WOW" service standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Communication Planning, Content Strategy, or Live Stream Management.
  • Platform Specialist: At least 2 years of hands-on experience specifically with TikTok or Ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada), with a focus on Live Streaming and tactical campaign management.
  • Tactical Creativity: Proven track record of creating content or live mechanics that drive immediate commercial results (Drive Revenue).
  • Ecommerce Insight: Deep knowledge of the TikTok/Marketplace ecosystems, algorithm trends, and audience behaviors.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to turn live stream data/metrics into actionable strategy pivots to ensure profitability.
  • Strategic Communication: Excellent presentation and storytelling skills in both Thai and English.
  • Agility & Accountability: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes 100% ownership of project success (Result Oriented).
