This is a hybrid position with possible locations in Bratislava or Košice

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Lead communications strategy and execution, with guidance from senior leaders and support from team members, while supporting communications for the organization’s overall corporate responsibility initiatives.
  • Contribute meaningfully to building out the story around ambitions, including sustainability, access to information of ongoing change processes and transformation impact among other areas.
  • Provide strategic counsel and risk assessment for communications related to organization and other topics that could affect the firm’s unit reputation.
  • Drive story ideas in traditional and other media to elevate transparency and visibility thought leadership.
  • Play a dedicated role in developing, drafting, producing, and delivering visual and written means of communication methods, which includes project management duties, content creation, and data collection and reporting aligned to global standards.
  • Develop collateral that promote unit social impact and sustainability initiatives to different audiences including customers, employees, leadership, and business partners.
  • Able to synthesize and communicate complex sustainability data as well as draft creative and engaging communications to bring social impact and sustainability initiatives to life for internal and external audiences.
  • Build a strong connection – strategic messaging and content – to the future strategy of the organization and embed within our overall and sustainability narrative.
  • Actively follow the landscape for sustainability communications, including standards and key reports, and effectively advise and consult internal leaders; provide analyses of business trends.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a university degree.
  • You have many years of experience in the management and professional leadership of employees within the framework of international projects.
  • You have working experience of the knowledge areas of Management: Transformation, Change management, Team Management, Communications, Risk, Stakeholder Management.
  • You have solid know-how in agile ecosystems.
  • You have in-depth knowledge in the area of transformation management.
  • You have proven knowledge in IT communication and global rollouts.
  • You have managed IT projects with focus on SAP, Supply Chain, IoT, ServiceNow or Application Management with a strong Business and Service Orientation

Your profile and your skills:

  • You have a convincing appearance, very good communication and presentation skills and experience in dealing with important stakeholders at senior management level and in international teams.
  • You are fluent in spoken English.
  • You have worked abroad or in global teams several times and bring along corresponding international experience.
  • You work very independently, are very interested to work with new technologies and to apply them within the digitalization of our company.
  • Personally, you will convince us with your ability to change, your analytical skills and your focus on results.
  • You are mobile and work with colleagues at different locations (remote and on-site).
  • You have led larger teams in a project or organizational wise.

In line with applicable pay transparency requirements, the minimum gross monthly base salary for this position is 2 600€.

In addition, this role includes a variable compensation component, depending on individual and/or company performance.

The final offer will be determined based on qualifications, skills, and experience and may exceed the stated minimum.
