We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This position is responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC equipment while providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, a commitment to safety, and experience working with commercial HVAC systems.
Responsibilities
• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment
• Diagnose and repair RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, and related equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers and management
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
• 2+ years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals
• Experience troubleshooting HVAC electrical and mechanical systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
