Who We Are

Manchester City is a football club rooted in East Manchester, with a story that began in 1880 and continues to grow today. Built on resilience, belief and togetherness, success on the pitch is driven by the moments and memories shared with millions of Fans around the world. City is known for its bravery, its determination to the very end and its strong connection to where we come from. With Mancunian roots and a global outlook, we are shaped by our Fans and driven by a long-term vision, from developing future talent to supporting the communities we call home. The Role

This role sits at the heart of the Women's Football Dubai programme and combines coaching leadership with programme delivery. A major part of the role is coordinating the moving pieces that keep the programme running smoothly. That includes working with venue teams, suppliers and internal colleagues, managing registrations and waivers, overseeing facilities and equipment, and making sure everything is in place for a reliable and positive participant experience.

You will also help grow the programme by supporting promotional activity and working closely with the marketing team to build awareness and participation. Alongside that, you will lead and support coaches, keep key stakeholders aligned and act as the safeguarding lead on site, ensuring concerns are handled appropriately and the programme remains a safe environment for everyone involved.

The role requires someone who can balance detail with pace, maintain strong relationships and make practical decisions on the ground. It is a hands-on position with real influence over the quality, consistency and reputation of the Women's Football Dubai programme.
