Responsibilities
Drive the long‑term cloud security strategy aligned with KONE’s business and product roadmaps.
DefineKONE’s cloud security architecture to meet risk-based, threat-based,and regulatory security requirements.
Definepractices andtooling for cloud securitygovernance,IAM,workload security,vulnerabilitymanagement, monitoring,and threat detection.
Lead security maturity improvement in cloud environments and definemetrics and KPIs to measure the cloud security posture
Leada small team of cloud security engineerstoguideand adviseKTIcloudteams onsecure architecture,design,implementation,andsecurityverification and validation activities
Requirements
M.Sc. or equivalent in cybersecurity or another relevant technical field.
10+ years ofrelevant workingexperience, of which at least 5+ yearsasacybersecurity lead engineer oracybersecurityarchitect.CSSP or other relevant security certification is considered a plus.
Practicallarge-scaleimplementation experience on at least one cloud platform (AWS, Microsoft Azure,or Alibaba Cloud)Platform-specific cloud security certifications are considered a plus.
Proven experienceinleading cross‑functional initiatives in a global organization.
Practical experience in handling security incidentsanda strong understanding ofcybersecurity defenseand incident response processes.
Experience inconductingsecure development lifecycle activities, including threat modeling, risk assessment,securityreviewsand testing.
Experience in implementingcloud-nativesecurity tools andsolutions
Strong understanding ofcloudsecurity standardsand best practices(e.g.CSACCM,ISO 27017, CIS Benchmarks)
Excellentinterpersonal andcommunications skills in English
Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to influence and communicate complex technical matters to non-technical stakeholders
Forward thinking;anticipatingbusinessand customer needs, evolving threatlandscapeand regulation in designing fit for purpose security solutions
