What you willbe responsible for
Play a leading role inthe monitoring, management, and optimization ofour AI-relatedIT infrastructure and services to ensurehighperformance, security, and availability
Ownintake of AI agentsandautomationsbuilt in the organization into our managed infrastructure
Maintain the portfolio of AI agents and automations,maintainingcost control, reliability, effective monitoring, and resolution of complex issues
Build and maintain connectors to enable effective use of AI tools across the organization
Develop and implement IT operational processesin the Enterprise AI areaforefficient operations and incident resolution, and support the transition of routine tasks to the Operations Center
Keepour AI-related infrastructure and tools compliantwith security policies, procedures, and industry regulations, including implementing and maintainingguardrails such as Azure Policies and Copilot Studio guidelines
Collaborate with business units andour AI Enablementteam to ensure seamlessend-to-end executionacross teamsand business function boundaries
Provide leadership and mentoring to junior IT operations specialists, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team environment

WHAT WE VALUE
With 5 + years of experience in IT operations, this role involves leading and managing IT infrastructure and services, monitoring system performance, and resolving technical issues.maintainhigh systemavailability, and meet security standards.
Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure Policies, and related infrastructure — you are comfortable navigating the Azure ecosystem and applying governance controls
Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio or similar AI orchestration platforms, and an understanding of how to configure, monitor, and maintain AI tools at scale
Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or API integration patterns — you understand how to connect AI assistants like Microsoft Copilot and Claude to enterprise systems
A solid grasp of IT operations fundamentals: monitoring, incident management, availability, cost control, and service reliability
Experience with AI agent lifecycle management — from intake and onboarding through to ongoing monitoring and decommissioning
Comfort working across security and compliance boundaries, including implementing guardrails andupholdingadherence to policies and regulations
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — you work effectively across engineering, business, and enablement teams and can translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
An interest in or understanding of AI governance frameworks — you appreciate why guardrails matter and can implement them practically, not just in principle
