As part of a newly created cross-functional delivery team, you will design, build, and operate secure, scalable, and fully automated cloud platforms supporting prototypes and MVPs.
You will oversee the design of scalable, secure, and cost-efficient architectures on Azure, enabling fast experimentation (3–6 months cycles) with strong autonomy and alignment with “everything as code” and “AI-first” principles.
Your daily tasks will include:
• Designing end-to-end technical architectures for prototypes, MVPs, IoT services, APIs, and AI-enabled platforms.
• Selecting modern tools and services (Azure, Datadog, Kubernetes/serverless, IaC) based on efficiency and delivery speed.
• Leading architecture reviews and ensuring compliance with security and RUN compatibility expectations.
• Implementing infrastructure-as-code foundations enabling rapid deployment and reproducibility.
• Supporting engineering teams (backend, data, AI, mobile) with architectural guidance and hands-on support.
• Ensuring observability, scalability, performance, and right-sizing of environments.
• Collaborating with the Security Architect to guarantee secure-by-design patterns
KEY COMPETENCIES
Core Technical Skills
• Proven expertise designing and deploying applications on Azure (serverless, containers, networking).
• Deep knowledge of API platforms, event-driven architectures, and IoT frameworks.
• Strong experience with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
• Understanding of observability, monitoring, and SRE practices.
• Familiarity with AI/ML deployment environments is a plus.
Programming
• Ability to prototype in Python, Node.js, or Go.
• Capability to review code and support engineering teams technically.
EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND
