We are opening a brand-new HealthSource Chiropractic clinic in East Petersburg, PA and are seeking a Lead Chiropractor / Clinical Director to take ownership of clinical outcomes, team leadership, and clinic growth from day one.

This is more than an associate role—you’ll lead, build, and scale a clinic with the support of a proven national system, without the risk of starting from scratch.

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000 – $120,000+ Year 1 Total Compensation
  • Base salary + transparent, performance-based bonus
• Bonus tied to clinic performance, patient retention, and outcomes
• Company-paid malpractice insurance
• Flexible structure (W2 or 1099 options available)

Path to Ownership (Optional)High-performing Clinical Directors may have the opportunity to earn equity or transition into clinic ownership over time This is a real pathway for someone who demonstrates strong leadership, performance, and long-term commitment.
Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Limited evenings and occasional weekends as needed

Your Role as Clinical Director

Clinical Excellence

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with high-quality chiropractic care
• Perform manual adjustments and prescribe rehab-based treatment plans
• Take and interpret diagnostic X-rays when medically necessary
• Deliver exceptional patient outcomes through personalized care plans

Patient Experience & Retention

• Educate patients on the long-term benefits of chiropractic care
• Confidently guide patients through care recommendations and plans
• Build strong, lasting doctor-patient relationships

Leadership & Clinic Growth

• Lead and mentor clinic staff
• Drive key performance metrics (visits, retention, re-exams, patient satisfaction)
• Run weekly team trainings and ensure alignment with clinic goals
• Continuously improve systems, workflows, and patient experience

Operations & Accountability

• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records
• Track and report clinic performance metrics
• Collaborate with ownership on growth strategy

Community & Marketing

• Participate in local outreach and marketing initiatives
• Help establish the clinic as a trusted provider in the community

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program
• Active Pennsylvania license (or ability to obtain)
• Eligible for malpractice insurance in PA
• 2+ years of experience preferred (strong new grads with leadership mindset considered)
• Strong manual skills and clinical confidence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
