Lead Chief Engineer
Role And Responsibilities
1. Management of the property/Engineering teams across the region.
2. Ensuring all works are carried out to high standard.
3. Managing and tracking all calls recied from the Destination Group properties.
4. Accurate report writing
5. Strong Man Management skills, ability to lead a team
6. Updating the business on all property/ maintainance related issues
Qualifications and Education Requirements
1. Degree educated in Engineering, mechanical and engineering
2. Health and Safety / Life safety
Prefeered Skills
1. Experince in maintaining restuarant and commercial ketchen
2. Coming from services industry, hotels, restuarants
3. Experince in maintaining swimming pools and water quality standards
4. A self-starter, able to work under your own initiative and direction
5.A strong eye for detail, strong interpersonal skills
6. Effective team player as well as a task group member.
Experince
1. Minimum of five years experince in the service industry sector.
2. 5-10 years experince in property management / leadership role
3. Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners and employees
4.Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, both written and verbal.
5.Excellent understanding in financial management.
