In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality culinary solutions while leading and developing a high-performing team. You will ensure the consistent delivery of Aramark standards, from menu planning and food production to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Working collaboratively, you will contribute to operational success by planning menus, managing labour and payroll inputs, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will empower your team to deliver outstanding customer service, proactively address customer feedback, and continuously drive improvements across the catering service.

Recognised culinary qualification or kitchen management certification
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Head Chef managing a substantial kitchen brigade
Proven management experience delivering culinary solutions in a high-volume environment
Strong background in food production, presentation, and service standards
Previous experience within hospitality or contract catering (essential)
Demonstrated ability to manage labour, productivity, and food quality standards
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop culinary teams
Excellent knowledge of recipes, culinary techniques, and food presentation
Highly customer-focused and service-driven approach
Ability to plan and deliver innovative, cost-effective culinary solutions
Strong organisational skills, with experience in menu planning and operational coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining standards
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional service
