
Job Title: Sterile Processing Technician Lead
Performs and participates in decontamination, cleaning, assembling, packaging, scanning, sterilization, storage and distribution of reusable surgical instrumentation and equipment. Performs other duties as assigned or required. Manage staff scheduling and training of Sterile Processing staff. Ensures compliance with quality, infection prevention, risk prevention, and patient satisfaction processes. Daily management of Sterile Processing staff based on patient schedules.

Responsibilities:
assembling and packaging of medical/surgical material to include, but not limited to, linen, instruments and equipment according to established standards and procedures to ensure a sterile and functioning supply of materials
