What You’ll Do

As a Lead Driver in our Crossville operation, you’ll play a key role in keeping the community clean and safe. Your responsibilities include:

  • Safely operating a garbage truck on assigned routes throughout the Crossville area

  • Reading and following route sheets and servicing all customers assigned by dispatch

  • Performing routine pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections (fluids, tires, safety equipment, etc.)

  • Interacting with customers in a professional, courteous manner

  • Completing additional job‑related tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

  • A valid Class A or B CDL

  • 2+ years of CDL driving experience

  • Garbage truck or Rolloff experience a plus

  • A clean driving record

  • 1 year of local route driving experience

  • A commitment to safety, reliability, and quality service
