You will be responsible for

I am responsible for managing, collating and interpreting supplier related data both internally and externally for logical interpretation of
supplier performance and relationship management with an intention to drive improvements
In this job, I’m accountable for:
Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence and have these specific risk responsibilities:
- Identify and collate sources of information internally or externally on Supplier contracts, Ts & Cs.
- Complete standard operating procedures in the area of Supplier contract management, Supplier relationship management and
obligation management, and interpret data for meaningful inferences for Buyers
- Responsible of managing Contract Repository, Supplier Contract obligations and Contract Renewals/Exits.
- Taking a proactive approach to risk management, ensuring risks and issues are identified, addressed and reported.
- Responsible for maintaining a strong goveranance on end to end supplier contract framework
- Making decisions within policy and procedure framework to deliver business plans
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
- Creating & sustaining the overall Operating model for the contract repository mgmt and ensuring the overall interplay with the Supplier
relationship management
- Understanding the key elements of Contracts and converting them to metrics that will help in understanding performance and
providing Insights of the same.
- Conduct regular supplier assessments and feed it to the procurement teams for any action from the insight.
- Coordinate with legal teams, procurement teams / buyers & partners as relevant.
- Diagnose and recommends solutions to complex operational challenges, using specialist knowledge and operational expertise to
achieve operational excellence
- Promoting a culture of CI within their teams to drive operational improvements.

- Good understanding of 1) procurement process, supplier
performance & relationship mgmt.; 2) procurement e-suites (like
Any Bachelor's Degree/ Chartered Accountancy /
Ariba & GEP); 3) automation tools like macros
LLB/M.COM/MBA with 5-8 years of relevant experience preferred
- Excellent data visualization & reporting skills

- Problem Solving, Strong Analytical Ability
IACCM (Practitioner) Certified
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication
- Proficient in using MS Office Suites
- Planning & Organising
- Stakeholder Management
- Process Mapping Tools and Techniques
