We're seeking an experienced <strong>Lead Carpenter-Restoration Technician (Class IV)</strong> to lead reconstruction projects, mentor team members, and deliver exceptional craftsmanship on every job.<br><br>
</div><div>This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for a highly skilled carpenter who can independently manage complex residential and commercial restoration projects while coordinating crews, subcontractors, and multiple trades.<br><br>
</div><div>What You'll Do<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Lead residential and commercial reconstruction projects</li>
<li>Perform framing, drywall, trim, door, window, cabinet, and finish carpentry work</li>
<li>Complete repairs related to fire, water, storm, and other property damage</li>
<li>Read blueprints and plan work efficiently</li>
<li>Coordinate subcontractors and other trades</li>
<li>Mentor and train less-experienced technicians</li>
<li>Communicate professionally with customers and project managers</li>
<li>Assist with emergency response and restoration services when needed</li>
<li>Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite</li>
</ul><div>Qualifications<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Minimum 7 years of carpentry, remodeling, construction, or restoration experience</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead projects and work independently</li>
<li>Strong framing, finish carpentry, drywall, and door/window installation skills</li>
<li>Experience coordinating trades and managing project schedules</li>
<li>Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings</li>
<li>Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a good driving record</li>
<li>High school diploma or GED</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and basic hand tools</li>
</ul><div>Experience with restoration, insurance repair, disaster recovery, remodeling, or commercial construction is highly desirable.<br><br>
