As a Lead Canvasser, you’ll be the driving force behind our field team:

• 🔥 Inspire, manage, motivate, and mentor a team of canvassers in the field
  
  
• 🏡 Interact directly with homeowners and generate your own leads
  
  
• 🎯 Train new hires and build their confidence to set quality appointments
  
  
• 📈 Track performance, set daily goals, and celebrate team wins

✅ What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
  
  
• Valid Driver’s License
  
  
• Reliable Vehicle

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
