Job Description

Position: Lead Business Strategy Execution – Business Banking – GJA 17/18

Drive the strategic execution agenda for Business Banking by leading high-impact projects and programs, shaping executive-level narratives, and managing communications that elevate the brand and deliver measurable business results. This role serves as a key strategic enabler, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and driving transformation initiatives across Business Banking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
  • Lead and oversee strategic projects and programs that advance Business Banking objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Executive Storytelling & Communication
  • Develop compelling storylines and strategic presentations for executive audiences.
  • Manage and prioritize Business Banking communications to strengthen brand positioning and stakeholder engagement.
  • Program Management
  • Drive strategic initiatives such as IRIS design and implementation for Business Banking.
  • Ensure timely delivery, governance, and alignment of all strategic programs with business goals.
  • Customer Experience & Organizational Health
  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for NPS (Net Promoter Score) and OHI (Organizational Health Index) within Business Banking.
  • Coordinate and implement strategic change initiatives to improve client satisfaction and organizational performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Facilitate alignment between business units and corporate strategy.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience building raw slide decks and delivering high‑impact presentations to varied audiences.
  • Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience, demonstrating strong analytical, advisory, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ambition and capability to grow beyond a pure consulting role—translating insights into hands‑on execution, ownership, and strategic impact within the organization.
  • Proven experience in strategic project/program management within banking or financial services.
  • Strong ability to craft executive-level narratives and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Expertise in change management, customer experience metrics (NPS), and organizational health frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
