Join us in this role where you’ll lead programme governance, portfolio reviews and business performance reporting across our Generation business of more than 10 GW. You’ll connect stakeholders, performance data and improvement initiatives to support effective decision-making and sustainable value creation. Through analytical insight, effective programme management and cross-functional collaboration, you’ll help strengthen business performance and deliver measurable, sustained improvements.
You’ll be part of Generation Performance Management where you, together with your colleagues, will turn business data into performance insight, strengthen performance dialogue and accelerate measurable improvement. You’ll work closely with programme managers, continuous improvement specialists, finance business partners, data owners and senior leaders to strengthen governance and transparency, improve performance reporting and support decision-making across performance units and central functions.
