About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant within the I&P CIB Front Office COO Business Solution and Enablement group. This group is focused on building products for various business lines within CIB. The incumbent would be required to take the role of a solution consultant / product owner (individual contributor) and would be responsible for execution and delivery of product roadmap within the bank, tracking and reporting delivery schedules, timelines and derailers, including highlighting potential scope creep, bottlenecks and challenges to stakeholders. The individual is expected to independently manage and execute end-to-end delivery of their deliverables, work with technology and business stakeholders and run respective scrums. Finally, the candidate will be expected to actively participate in global team discussions, projects/process enhancement plans and encourage creative thinking amongst the team.

Experience with Lending Application Suites such asnCino,LoanIQand familiarity with CRE tools likeRealINSIGHT
Familiarity with workflow tools like ServiceNow and JIRA
Familiarity with Tableau/Power BI for reporting and insights
Knowledge of system testing methodologies and UAT
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills including ability to interpret andvalidateAI outputs
Adaptability and continuous learning mindset including staying current with AI technologies
Ability to ensure responsible AI usage including ethical considerations,privacyand compliance

Be responsible forexecution & delivery of lending and client products including Commercial Real Estate (CRE) lending solutions such as Real INSIGHTand comparable loan management platforms
Maintain & report key SLA’s including delivery timelines, scope creep, bottlenecks,riskand control framework reviews

Engage senior stakeholders andidentifyopportunities toleverageAI for improved efficiency,automationand decision-making
Functional and technical skills:
Understand business requirements, goals andobjectivesand design target state solutions

Develop product strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities including AI-enabled enhancements
Strong domain knowledge on CIB business model including CRE lending lifecycle, platforms such asRealINSIGHTandorFINFLUX,LoanPro, FIS Modern Banking Platform, Cadence, Memo Informatica
Leverage tools such as JIRA, MS Office and AI platforms for summarization,documentationand analysis withappropriate humanoversight
Apply critical thinking tovalidateAI outputs and drive informed business decisions
Executive Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to create executive-ready presentations
Present insights (including AI-assisted analysis) to persuade and educate stakeholders
Promote responsible usage of AI outputs in communication and business decisions
Change mindset and collaboration:
Collaborate across global teams and champion adoption of AI and emerging technologies
Identifyopportunities for operational efficiencies including AI-driven process improvements
Drive process improvements using business analysis, datainsightsand AI-assisted recommendations
Risk & Control Mindset:
Assess and mitigate risks using KRIs while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
Ensure ethical AI usage including data privacy,complianceand governance standards
Collaborate with risk teams tomonitorissues and ensure responsible AI deployment

3 out of 5 days working from office
