In the role ofLead Business Consultant, your participation will be instrumental in the expansion of our market unit and in advancing the outcomes of our clients' projects. You willbe responsible forleading the delivery of business consultingservices, ensuring that clientobjectivesare met through tailored solutions and strategic recommendations. The Lead Business Consultant will work closely withseniorstakeholders,managing projectteams,and ensuring high-qualityservice delivery while fostering strong client relationships.

What you willbe responsible for

  • Lead business consulting projects, managing client relationships, and ensuring thatservices are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs,identifyopportunities for improvement, and design customized solutions

  • Manage the end-to-end consulting process, frominitialassessment to implementation, ensuring alignment with client goals andobjectives

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants, ensuring effective collaboration and professional development within the team

  • Monitor project progress,identifyingrisks, resolving issues, and ensuring deliverables are met whilemaintaininghigh client satisfaction

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives,leveragingindustry best practices and client feedback to enhanceservice delivery

  • Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals for clients,providingactionable insights and strategic recommendations

  • Assistin business development efforts, supporting proposals, and expandingservice offerings within existing client accounts

  • Analyze business performance data toidentifytrends and opportunities for optimization, providing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency

As our preferred candidate you have:

  • Previousexperience as an (Implementation) Consultant for asset managers, asset owners,banksor consulting firms

  • Excellentknow-howin at least two of the following areas:Asset Management – Back Office – or Financial Reporting

  • Experience with Trade processing including confirmation and/or tradesettlement processes and solutions is a plus

  • Degree within Business discipline (Accounting, Finance, or Economics) or Mathematics/Applied Sciences preferred

  • Self-starter with a can-do mindset

  • Ability to manage assigned tasks and deliver the results on time

  • Have Excellent communication skills andproficiencyin English – both oral and written

  • Basic understanding of financial industry/products and related accounting

  • Hands-on experience withSimCorpDimension is a plus

  • Ability to travel to client’s site

  • Can attend theSimCorpoffice 2x/week as per our hybrid policy.

For Toronto only:The salary range for this position is $119,000 - $148,000

CAD. Basepay may vary based on factors such as years of experience,skillsand qualifications. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and benefits including health and dental care, timeoffand Group RRSP/TFSA.
