The Medical Education department based in Naples, Florida is made up of over 20 physicians, physician assistants and other healthcare professionals. Arthrex is actively searching for a Lead Business Analyst to join the Medical Education team. The successful candidate will work alongside a department of expert orthopedic healthcare professionals, world class faculty, and product management.
Main Objective:
As a Lead Business Analyst, you will lead business analysis and project coordination for initiatives across Arthrex’s Medical Education Technology platforms. You will drive the delivery of user-centered solutions by translating business needs into actionable insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This includes facilitating the design and improvement of technology solutions by defining scalable business processes, configuring systems, and optimizing data workflows. Business Analysts act as process architects and solution facilitators, ensuring clarity, alignment, and continuous improvement across internal tools and experiences.
The Lead Business Analyst will direct efforts in the planning, analysis, and execution of business requirements for Arthrex Medical Education programs.
