Lead Business Analyst (Ratings/Credit analytics)

Job Location: Noida/Gurgaon/Hyderabad

Main Responsibilities

Primary Skills (experience in one or more): Business analysis • Ratings/credit analytics/ESG/market intelligence experience • Process mapping • User stories/acceptance criteria • Stakeholder management • Data literacy • Jira/Azure DevOps/GitHub Projects.

• Capture requirements, craft user stories, and validate agent outcomes for research/surveillance workflows; drive adoption and UAT.
• Elicit requirements; define acceptance criteria; maintain backlog; run grooming/UAT.
• Create taxonomies and source-of-truth maps
• Validate outputs for compliance, transparency, and domain expectations, lead change management.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner or Domain Expert (Ratings/credit analytics/ESG/market intelligence experience).
• Strong documentation/facilitation; comfort with RAG/citation basics and working alongside AI/Data/UX teams.
