CLARAVINE | METADATA | TAXONOMY | AGILE PRODUCT DELIVERY

We are seeking a technically strong Lead Business Analyst to support our Claravine product team in a fully Agile environment. This role will serve as the primary BA and a close partner to the Product Owner, combining business analysis, Claravine administration, technical documentation, and product delivery support.

Key Responsibilities

• · Partner with the Product Owner on product discovery, prioritization, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and release delivery.
• · Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements; create epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mappings, and decision records.
• · Administer and support Claravine capabilities related to metadata, taxonomies, naming conventions, templates, fields, lists, validation rules, datasets, permissions, and workflows.
• · Understand the end-to-end architecture, including Claravine integrations, APIs, upstream and downstream systems, and data flows; translate effectively between business and technical teams.
• · Ensure each initiative has clear business value, an accountable business owner, agreed scope and priority, measurable success criteria, and stakeholder approval.
• · Maintain strong Jira hygiene, including ticket quality, ownership, status, dependencies, risks, sprint and release data, and end-to-end traceability.
• · Maintain current functional, technical, and operational documentation in Confluence; coordinate UAT, business sign-off, release readiness, and stakeholder communications.

Required Experience

• · Mandatory: Proven, hands-on production experience with the Claravine or similar platforms; general metadata experience or platform familiarity alone is not sufficient.
• · Strong or proven expertise or experience in metadata management, taxonomy design, data standards, naming conventions, validation rules, and data governance.
• · Senior-level Business Analyst experience within Agile product teams, with advanced working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• · Strong technical background in system architecture, APIs, integrations, data models, data mapping, and end-to-end data flows.
• · Strong product and business-value mindset, with the ability to challenge unclear requests and secure alignment with business partners.
• · Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, documentation, organization, and attention to detail.
• · Experience in MarTech, AdTech, digital analytics, or campaign metadata is preferred.
