Create your best future and join Westpac as a Lead Business Analyst.
This role will play a crucial part of the UNITE team. UNITE is our business-led, tech-enabled transformation, and a key priority for the Group. UNITE is about delivering 'one best way' to make our processes, systems and tech simpler so we can deliver a better experience for our customers and make things easier for our people.
What’s the role?
As a Lead Business Analyst, you will work within the Unite delivery village in the Chief Transformation Office, aligned to a Line of Business, performing detailed analysis and requirement elicitation as part of Westpac’s Unite program. You will partner closely with stakeholders to understand, analyse, and clearly define requirements for changes to business products, processes, policies, data, and systems, ensuring alignment to Westpac’s strategic objectives and business needs.
Additionally, you will manage requirements through the full delivery lifecycle, providing clear recommendations that support effective business solutions and deliver measurable value. You will ensure consistency and quality across deliverables, contribute across multiple streams of work, and provide regular progress updates to the Principal Business Analyst.
You’ll also support and guide less senior team members, helping uplift capability while maintaining strong standards of analysis, collaboration, and delivery quality across the program.
