  • Location: Sydney-based role only
  • On-site Requirement: 3 days in the office per week

What’s the role?

You will ensure consistency and quality across deliverables, contribute across multiple streams of work, and provide regular progress updates to the Principal Business Analyst.

You’ll also support and guide less senior team members, helping uplift capability while maintaining strong standards of analysis, collaboration, and delivery quality across the program.

What do I need?

  • Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst, including leading and coordinating work across a BA team
  • Experience delivering data migration initiatives within large, complex organisations, ideally in banking or financial services
  • Exposure to Debit Cards and/or Credit Cards product domains is highly regarded
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance competing needs while staying within agreed scope
  • Highly collaborative, able to work effectively across teams and initiatives to ensure alignment and clarity of outcomes
  • Demonstrated analytical and logical thinking, with the ability to plan ahead and solve complex problems with practical solutions
  • Strong understanding of project management disciplines, technology, and business systems, enabling delivery of high‑quality, value‑driven outcomes
