Job Summary

SAP - HCM-OM/PA/PTM Consultant Sr

Design, configure and support SAP ECC HCM Organization Management, Personnel Administration and Personnel Time Management processes.

• Lead workshops and configure organizational structures, personnel actions, infotypes, features, dynamic actions and workflows.
• Configure work schedules, absence/attendance, quotas, time evaluation and time-transfer requirements.
• Define integration among OM, PA, PTM, payroll, finance, identity and external time systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and configure organizational structures, personnel actions, infotypes, features, dynamic actions and workflows.
• Configure work schedules, absence/attendance, quotas, time evaluation and time-transfer requirements.
• Define integration among OM, PA, PTM, payroll, finance, identity and external time systems.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test cases and user guidance.
• Support employee and organizational data migration, validation and reconciliation.
• Execute SIT/UAT support, defect resolution, cutover and hypercare activities.
• Advise on standardization, controls and country-specific HR requirements.

Skill Requirements

• SAP ECC HCM consulting experience in OM, PA and PTM/time management.
• Hands-on configuration of infotypes, actions, structures, work schedules, quotas and time evaluation.
• Integration knowledge with payroll and surrounding HR systems.
• Experience with data migration, testing and functional specifications.
• Strong HR process understanding and stakeholder communication.
