Job Title: Lead Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, process improvement. The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and work closely with the development team to ensure successful implementation of solutions. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, objectives, and processes.

· Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather relevant information.

· Analyze complex business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

· Create clear and concise documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.

· Work closely with the development team to design solutions that meet business needs.

· Provide insights and recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.

· Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and challenges.

· Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.

· Lead and participate in project planning, ensuring that business requirements are accurately represented in project plans and timelines.

· Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend mitigating strategies.

· Collaborate with testing teams to ensure that solutions meet the defined requirements.

· Participate in user acceptance testing and facilitate resolution of issues.

Skills:

· Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex and dynamic environments.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Knowledge about different business modeling diagram.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in using business analysis tools and methodologies. 

Work Mode: ONSITE - Karachi

Work Days:

• 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) from 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
• 1 Saturday (half day) in a month.
