Our Client a multi-national Investment Bank is looking to hire a Lead Business Analyst
They are looking for a high performer to join our Pune team in the Calypso development. The Calypso development team is heavily aligned with all key departments participating in the FICC and EQD business, like the Front Office, Operations. Production Control, Finance, Risk Management, etc, to deliver solutions, resolve issues, provide suggestions on configurations, and develop new features.
They follow a full-stack development methodology, and manages the business needs from front to back. We work with our counterparties in other departments and other geographies. The successful candidates will be working in a high-energy, dynamic, and multicultural environment. They would be mentally challenged to design creative solutions for problems, drive performance, and reduce operating costs for the business. This is also a great opportunity for technically highly qualified applicants to get greater understanding of the FICC and EQD business by engaging directly with users.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with Honor (or equivalent) or above, preferably in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering or an IT related discipline from a prestigious institution.
