At Trackonomy, design isn’t just about making things look good—it’s about elevating perception, shaping company value, and turning complex ideas into compelling stories. We’re looking for a Lead Brand Designer who can both execute and lead—someone with the design chops to move fast and produce high-quality deliverables, and own the creative vision for Trackonomy’s brand, evolving and elevating it over time.
This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of visual storytelling, brand systems, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with the CEO, marketing, and sales leadership to define, implement, and raise the standard of design across every external and internal touchpoint. From large-scale creative vision, to pitch decks, sales sheets, event graphics and more, your work will be foundational to how the world sees Trackonomy.
We’re looking for someone who can own the function, not just respond to requests—someone who brings a strong point of view and can lead the brand’s evolution while rolling up their sleeves to get the work done.
Trackonomy is building the operating system for the connected world. Backed by top investors like Kleiner Perkins and 8VC, we’re on a mission to bring intelligence to physical objects across critical industries—from logistics and security to healthcare and infrastructure.
We move fast. We care about what we build. And we treat every team member like a founder. This is an opportunity to join a team that’s solving meaningful problems at scale—and to help shape how the world sees us.
The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000, plus bonuses and Pre-IPO equity. It is uncommon for anyone to be hired at or near the top range for their role, and final compensation is based on the facts and circumstances of the case. The compensation range is broad because it reflects many factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, and training directly relevant to the role, business and company needs, cultural fit, level, and location.
