To assist the company secretary and monitor the secretarial compliance and governance across the organisation.

Managerial Responsibilities:

Functional Responsibilities: 1) ESOS Administration2) Monitoring Finance related activities of the department 3) Ensure Secretarial compliance with the Companies Act, Banking Regulation Act, SEBI Listing Regulations, FEMA, RBI guidelines, and other applicable laws.4) Credit and Risk Management5) Oversee statutory filings, disclosures, and returns with MCA, SEBI, RBI, and other regulators.6) Maintain statutory registers, records, and minutes of Board, Committee, and General Meetings.7) Advise the Board and Senior Management on governance best practices and regulatory changes.8) Follow up with branches/departments/ administrative units. Carry out the annual review of the policies pertains to the department.9) Lead preparation of agenda notes, notices, resolutions, and minutes for Board and Committee meetings.10) Ensure timely circulation of meeting papers and compliance with governance standards. 11) Support in drafting and reviewing shareholder communications, annual reports, and governance disclosures.12) Establish and strengthen internal secretarial processes, documentation standards, and compliance monitoring. 13) Ensure that all the payments and tax related matters of the department are completed on real time basis.

B. Com (Postgraduate or LLB will be added advantage)
