What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead diagnostics and complex repairs across a variety of makes and models

• Perform services such as brakes, suspension work, alignments, and drivability diagnostics

• Mentor and support fellow technicians in the shop

• Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience

• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency

• Contribute to a positive and professional shop culture

What You Bring to the Table

Experience

• 5+ years of automotive repair experience

• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus

License

• Maryland State Inspection License

Skills

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability

• Ability to lead and support other technicians

Certifications

• ASE certifications preferred but not required

Mindset

• Team-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship

• Strong work ethic and dedication to customer satisfaction
