Reporting to the Senior Manager of People Systems & Analytics, this role will lead the design and implementation of workflow automation, integrations, and scalable service delivery solutions across the HR, Talent, and People ecosystem.

This is a hands-on role for a systems-minded builder who can simplify complex HR processes, design scalable workflows, and partner across HR, IT, People Analytics, and Operations. The ideal candidate combines workflow automation expertise, product thinking, systems architecture, and strong stakeholder partnership.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement HR service delivery workflows, intake processes, routing logic, approvals, notifications, self-service capabilities, and AI-enabled workflow solutions using ServiceNow and related platforms.
  • Build scalable workflow patterns that improve employee experience, operational visibility, and process efficiency.
  • Partner with HR leaders and process owners to simplify and standardize workflows before automation.
  • Support integrations, workflow orchestration, and data flow across HR, identity, and enterprise systems.
  • Partner with HR Technology, IT, People Analytics, and platform governance teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and security requirements.
  • Use workflow and operational data to identify automation opportunities and improve service delivery performance.
  • Manage workflow enhancements through implementation, testing, documentation, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Support adoption, training, change management, and continuous improvement efforts for new HR workflows and automation capabilities.

Qualifications

To Join Our Band, You’ll Need the Following:

  • 5+ years of experience in workflow automation, ServiceNow, business systems, enterprise applications, systems analysis, solutions architecture, or related technical roles, including experience designing and supporting enterprise workflows or service delivery platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar workflow platforms, including workflow configuration, routing logic, approvals, reporting, integrations, governance, and production support.
  • Experience designing scalable workflows, integrations, operational tooling, and AI-enabled automation solutions.
  • Strong product ownership, process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design capabilities with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, workflow orchestration, SQL, automation tooling, scripting, or related technical development.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments with evolving systems and competing priorities.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting HR Operations, employee lifecycle workflows, payroll, recruiting, benefits, employee relations, or people analytics functions.
  • Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, IntegrationHub, Knowledge Management, or similar platform capabilities.
  • Familiarity with enterprise HR, recruiting, payroll, analytics, or identity platforms.
  • Experience with workflow automation platforms, low-code/no-code tools, AI-assisted development, or lightweight internal tooling.
  • ServiceNow certifications are a plus.

Compensation: $125-160k base depending on experience and location. This posting is provided in accordance with state pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will depend on experience, education, and other factors.
