
We are seeking a Lead Automation Engineer to improve how HR work gets done across Guitar Center by simplifying processes, automating workflows, and building scalable service delivery solutions.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of People Systems & Analytics, this role will lead the design and implementation of workflow automation, integrations, and scalable service delivery solutions across the HR, Talent, and People ecosystem.
This is a hands-on role for a systems-minded builder who can simplify complex HR processes, design scalable workflows, and partner across HR, IT, People Analytics, and Operations. The ideal candidate combines workflow automation expertise, product thinking, systems architecture, and strong stakeholder partnership.
Qualifications
Compensation: $110-140k base depending on experience and location. This role is eligible for an annual performance-based program. This posting is provided in accordance with state pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will depend on experience, education, and other factors.
