Job Description

Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Manage end to end training for the aligned F & A processes including new hire training, BAU interventions
• Manage multiple stakeholders
• Create and maintain detailed training MI and documentation
• Design, Develop and Deliver training on F&A product and process training on a need basis
• Adhere to signed off Training Standard Documents, Governance Plans and any other prescribed regulations Knowledge & Qualification- Graduate in Commerce
• Proficient in the Finance and Accounting domain, with exposure to the BPO/BPM industry in the areas of PTP domain

Preferred Certification

• Finance and Accounting Certification Work Experience
• Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in F&A, with good domain knowledge Additional information
