What’s the role?
Ready to take your agribusiness banking experience to a national stage? As our Lead Assistant Relationship Manager, you'll lead and develop the national ARM cohort within Corporate Agribusiness while helping create exceptional outcomes for our customers and teams.
This is a permanent, full time opportunity with flexibility to be based in any of our Corporate Agribusiness locations across Australia.
You'll coach and support Assistant Relationship Managers across multiple states, build capability, create consistency in how we work and partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen customer outcomes. Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you'll remain connected to complex agribusiness portfolios and play an active role in supporting deal implementation, financial analysis and portfolio success.
What do I need?
- Experience developing, coaching or mentoring team members.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
- Knowledge of business banking or agribusiness banking operations.
- Capability to support credit processes, financial analysis and customer portfolio management.
- A collaborative approach with a passion for continuous improvement and team success.
