To strengthen our Regional Opportunity Management team, we are looking for a Proposal Coordinator who combines strong organizational skills with exceptional writing and document production capabilities. In this role, you will support the development of compelling, high-quality proposals that help secure major projects across our Data Center business.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal activities throughout the full pursuit lifecycle, from bid qualification to contract award.
• Support proposal planning, reviews, and submission readiness.
• Gather and manage technical, commercial, and project delivery content from internal stakeholders.
• Draft, edit, and enhance proposal content for data center and advanced technology projects.
• Develop client-focused narratives, executive summaries, and value propositions.
• Produce high-quality proposals, presentations, and client-facing documentation.
• Create visual content, including infographics, process diagrams, and presentation materials.
• Ensure compliance with Exyte branding, quality, and proposal standards.
• Maintain proposal libraries, reference materials, and knowledge management systems.

Show your expertise

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3-7 years of experience in proposal coordination, bid management, technical writing, or a similar role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign and professional document production.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into compelling client-facing content.
• Experience within data centers, advanced technology, pharmaceutical, industrial, or construction environments is an advantage.
• Proactive, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required. Additional language skills, particularly German and/or French, are considered an asset.
