Job Description

To partner with Ops, Technology, Platform& application, ISG, HR, L.I.F.E. and other cross-functional teams for evaluation of effective deployment of Contractual obligations, processes and practices and EXL policies in all Client Relationships/Functions to ensure

  • Process improvements by auditing gaps/ deviations and driving timely and accurate closures.
  • Greater efficiency levels within Function/ Client Relationship.
  • Mitigation of financial / generic exposures
  • Compliance regarding internal/external requirements/ regulations and information security standards by performing Risk & Controls Self-Assessment, F&A Ops Audit, ISO Audits, Information Security Audits and Client Assessments, Internal Audits, BCP Audits, TPA SOC1 and SOC2 Audits.100% preparedness for internal and external Audits and Fraud Red Flags Assessment & case review.
  • Monitoring of Regulatory Compliance Training sessions.
  • Responsible for coordinating for Internal, External (TPA SOC1 and SOC2) & Client driven Audits and preparation thereof.
  • Manage the documentation and control requirements for all Level 3 documentation for the vertical.
