Role:Sr. Power BI Developer
Experience: 7+ Years
Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore (5 days mandatory work from office)
Work Mode: work from office - Shift time- 12.30 to 9.30 PM
Key Role and Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate reporting requirements into technical solutions
Utilize Copilot capabilities within Power BI and related tools to accelerate report development and generate insights
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization of reports
Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting workflows using AI-assisted features
Create visually compelling and user-friendly dashboards aligned with business needs
Provide actionable insights through data analysis and storytelling techniques
Troubleshoot report issues and implement enhancements based on user feedback
Stay updated with the latest Power BI features, especially AI and Copilot enhancements Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI with over 7 years experience in PowerBI and at least 5 years experience in report development.
Must have proficiency in using Copilot for report creation in PBI, DAX generation, and visualization suggestions
Solid understanding of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query (M Language)
Good hands-on experience in SQL Strong data visualization and dashboard design skills with a focus on usability and storytelling
Good communication skills to work with business and technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting requirements
Education: UG - Any
