Job Description

Database & Data Management

  • Strong SQL development skills.
  • Database design, query optimization, and performance tuning experience.
  • Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.

DevOps & Cloud

  • Experience with Git-based version control.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

Desired Skills / Good to Have

  • Strong expertise across both backend and frontend technology stacks.
  • Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Solid understanding of system design, distributed systems, and production support.
  • Experience with application monitoring and observability tools.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI concepts.
  • Experience with Camunda BPM / Workflow Orchestration
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer with strong expertise in backend development using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and JPA/Hibernate, along with frontend development experience in ReactJS and/or Angular The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-grade applications while driving technical excellence and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and JPA/Hibernate
  • Develop and enhance responsive frontend applications using ReactJS and/or Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Own application modules end-to-end, from requirements gathering and technical design to development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, and Support teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in development, testing, and production environments.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across project teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives around performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability.

Graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. 3-4 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
