Job Title: Technical Writer (5–7 Years Experience)
Location - 5 days from Office - Bangalore, Pune, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Noida
We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to drive centralized, high-quality documentation that enhances usability, supports self-service, and enables seamless integration with modern tools like Copilot. This role focuses on structuring content for easy ingestion, improving data accessibility, and optimizing documentation with the end user in mind.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create, edit, and maintain clear, concise, and user-focused technical documentation.
· Centralize documentation within platforms such as Power Apps, Git, or similar tools to ensure consistency and accessibility.
· Structure and optimize content for easy ingestion by AI tools (e.g., Copilot) and knowledge systems.
· Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to capture accurate technical details.
· Design documentation that enables self-service for customers, improving usability and reducing dependency on support teams.
· Ensure documentation promotes data democratization and builds user confidence in outputs and results.
· Establish documentation standards, templates, and governance processes.
· Continuously review and enhance content based on user feedback and analytics.
Must-Have Skills:
· 5–7 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in software or data-driven environments.
· Strong experience in centralizing documentation using tools like Power Apps, Git, or similar repositories.
· Ability to structure content for AI ingestion and optimization (e.g., Copilot readiness).
· Expertise in creating user-centric documentation with a focus on clarity and usability.
· Understanding data concepts and experience supporting data democratization initiatives.
· Tools: Confluence / Git / Power Apps / SharePoint
· Experience documenting data lineage, data dictionaries, business glossaries
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience working with knowledge management systems or content platforms.
· Exposure to APIs, data platforms, or analytics tools.
· Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, actionable content.
