Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Ensure monthly and incremental fees are billed to the client
  • Project manage Client Accruals/Year-End Billing
  • Act as point of contact for all Regional Finance Director questions
  • Follow up with clients to ensure timely client payments
  • Work with clients to confirm check remittance details for Accounting as necessary
  • Review monthly reports posted by Media Reconciliation Supervisors to track overall progress of discrepancies by client
  • For new clients, manage new client set-up with Regional Finance Director
  • Work with SBUs to help solve cash application issues for intercompany transfers as necessary

Provide quality customer service via processing.

Your tasks include monitoring and tracking outstanding invoices, sending payment reminders via email, and generating and distributing account statements to customers as needed. You will follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payment and resolve disputes or discrepancies related to billing. Maintaining accurate records of all communications with customers regarding collections, updating customer accounts to reflect payments, adjustments, or write-offs, and preparing and submitting regular reports on collection status and aging accounts are also key aspects of your role.

Graduate Commerce 4-6 years in Accounts Receivable (Collections).
