Responsible for overall Operations Management
Prepare and present reports on team’s performance, including service delivery, TAT and KPIs

Essential Functions
Manage activities like PO creation, tracking, maintenance, vendor chargeback, Dotcom and Inventory reporting etc.
Handle escalation, meetings and calls with clients and other stakeholders
Examine data to detect flux, trends, improvement opportunities and risks
Schedule and lead Weekly/ Monthly and Quarterly calls
Review SOP and implement process changes
Ensure adherence to Compliance and Service levels
Perform all other duties as assigned
