Job Description

Mentor assistant managers, manage team schedules, resolve conflicts, and implement improvement strategies.

Compensation Planning & Execution:

  • Support annual salary review, bonus cycles, and pay-for-performance programs.
  • Ensure alignment of compensation structures with business objectives and market benchmarks.
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Oversee employee benefits programs including health, insurance, and retirement plans.
    • Recommend enhancements based on employee needs and industry trends.
  • Reward Strategy & Governance:
    • Implement reward policies ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance.
    • Maintain audit readiness and adherence to statutory requirements.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys.
    • Prepare compensation analytics and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Partner with HRBPs, Finance, and Business Leaders to align reward strategies.
    • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in reward operations.
  • Employee Communication:
    • Develop and deliver communication plans for compensation and benefits programs.

Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance,
  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Rewards.
  • Experience in pay-for-performance programs and market benchmarking.
  • Should have excellent comprehension skills
  • Attention and eye for detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrates good time management and organizational skills
