Lead – Asset Cross-Sell
Role Summary
The Lead – Asset Cross-Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth by cross-selling asset products to existing and new customers. This role focuses on identifying opportunities within the customer base, collaborating with relationship managers and product teams, and building scalable cross-sell strategies to improve asset penetration and profitability.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute cross-sales strategies for asset products (e.g., loans, mortgages, investments, leasing, credit products). Identify cross-sell opportunities across customer segments using data, analytics, and customer insights. Work closely with sales, relationship management, and product teams to drive cross-sell initiatives. Own cross-sell targets, revenue metrics, and asset growth KPIs. Design and implement customer journeys, campaigns, and offers to increase asset uptake. Train and enable frontline sales teams on cross-sell products, pitches, and processes. Monitor pipeline, conversion rates, and performance dashboards; take corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with regulatory, credit, and risk policies in all sales activities. Gather market and customer feedback to improve product fit and cross-sell effectiveness. Build partnerships with internal stakeholders to streamline approvals and improve turnaround time.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
Experience 15–25 years of experience in asset sales, cross-sales, or relationship management Prior experience in banking, NBFC, fintech, or wealth management preferred Experience leading cross-functional sales initiatives is a plus
