Join CRST as a Lead Asset Coordinator and play a critical role in managing the movement of our equipment across the organization. In this role, you will oversee new truck orders, maintain the Lease Purchase Inventory List, and manage intercompany transfers and trade deals.

How You'll Work

• Location Onsite-3930 16th Avenue SW Cedar Rapids, IA 52402
  
• Hours Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm
  
• Compensation Compensation: This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the hourly range the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position: $20 – $25 per hour. A final offer amount will depend on factors such as prior relevant experience, skills, and location.

Coordinates the movement of equipment into and out of the fleet as well as the movement of equipment from business unit to business. Maintains new truck order, Lease Purchase Inventory List, intercompany transfers, and trade deal.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Tracks the in servicing of new equipment
• Coordinates the delivery of new equipment
• Track and report the transfer of tractors from company fleets to Lease Purchase fleets
• Records equipment purchases with contract information
• Assist in tractor order planning
• Track equipment and deliveries
• Build and maintain equipment cloning masters, PM Schedules, Etc.
• Manage LPI process
• Coordinate Intercompany Transfers
• Track Trade deals

Requirements

• A High School Diploma
• Applicable work experience with demonstrated success
• Perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
