Job Description

Desired Skills: Dynamics 365 Expertise: Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, especially Sales and Field Service modules, with ability to design scalable enterprise solutions.

• Salesforce Experience: Strong exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring flexibility across leading CRM platforms. • Sales & Service Processes: Skilled in architecting solutions for lead-to-order, account management, opportunity tracking, case management, work order management, and field service scheduling.

• Industry CRM Exposure: Familiarity with CRM implementations across industries such as manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and financial services. • Integration Architecture: Expertise in integrating CRM with ERP, supply chain, marketing automation, and e-commerce platforms.

• Security & Access Controls: Strong understanding of information security, role-based access, and compliance frameworks within CRM ecosystems.

• Vendor Collaboration: Experience working with platform vendors and solution partners to align CRM capabilities with enterprise architecture

• Agile & DevOps: Proficiency in Agile delivery and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for CRM customizations and extensions (Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps). • Enterprise Artifacts: Ability to deliver architecture artifacts such as implementation models, technology matrices, communication diagrams, migration strategies, and application use-case diagrams.

• Digital Frameworks: Familiarity with emerging digital patterns (microservices, API-first, event-driven architectures) applied to CRM solutions.
