We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Team Lead specializing in Employee Central (EC) and Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) to lead HR technology initiatives across global projects. You will guide teams, collaborate with HR and business stakeholders, and deliver scalable SuccessFactors solutions that enhance core HR operations, performance processes, and employee experience. The ideal candidate must have successfully delivered at least one end‑to‑end implementation of Employee Central or Performance Management modules.
