We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Lead Animator to lead and elevate the animation function through innovative storytelling, strong creative direction, and execution excellence. This role is ideal for someone who combines artistic vision with technical expertise and can drive high-quality animation projects from concept to delivery.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping visual narratives, mentoring animation teams, and implementing modern workflows that improve efficiency and creative output. A strong understanding of AI-driven animation tools and emerging technologies is essential to help accelerate production and unlock new creative possibilities.

This role requires a leader who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and consistently delivers visually compelling work that aligns with brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the animation function and ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative outputs
• Drive the creative vision and visual storytelling strategy across animation projects
• Develop innovative concepts and motion design approaches that enhance audience engagement
• Manage, mentor, and inspire animation teams to foster creativity, collaboration, and performance
• Collaborate with design, content, strategy, and production teams to ensure cohesive project execution
• Create and oversee animation workflows, quality standards, and production best practices
• Leverage AI-driven tools and automation workflows to improve production efficiency and creative scalability
• Review and refine animation outputs to maintain consistency, quality, and visual excellence
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new animation techniques
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and creative priorities effectively
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas for campaigns and storytelling initiatives

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 6–10 years of experience in animation, motion graphics, or visual storytelling roles with leadership exposure
• Strong expertise in animation and motion design tools such as After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, or similar platforms
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered animation tools and creative automation workflows
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality animation, storytelling, and creative direction capabilities
• Excellent understanding of visual communication, composition, motion, and cinematic storytelling
• Proven ability to lead creative teams and manage multiple animation projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance creativity and execution efficiency
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for innovation and experimenting with emerging creative technologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high creative standards
